General Questions
Do I need a passport? Yes.
How do I get to Playa Fiesta or Costa Sur? We’ll send out transportation options soon!
Do I need to bring pesos? Not necessary but you may need a $5 or $10 bill (USD) to tip the driver from the airport. If you plan on venturing to town, Playa FIesta can exchange USD for MX pesos between the hours 10a to 4:30p, excluding Saturdays. However they do recommend using ATM's in town or at the airport ATMs, because you will receive a better exchange rate than they can offer.
Do I need to learn Spanish? No es importante, pero it’ll be good to be able to say “Hola / como estas? / Gracias / Lo siento, no hablo espanol”

During Your Stay
Do you have ironing boards? There are irons & ironing boards in each room.
Do you have hair dryers? The Playa Fiesta front desk has 15 hair dryers so if guests need one daily it's best to pack one and bring it along.
What credit cards do you accept? They accept MasterCard and Visa. Guests sharing a room can split their bill when they checkout.
Is there a gym at Hotel Playa Fiesta? They do not have a gym onsite however the hotel two doors down allows our guests to use their gym for no additional charges. All you will need to do is get a business card from our front desk and bring it with you to hotel "Costa Sur" and let them know you are staying with us for a wedding.
I have dietary restrictions. No problem. Just let the couple know before the trip and Playa Fiesta will make accommodations.
