Stephen & Phil are getting married in Puerto Vallarta!

Wedding Details

The celebration will be from Wednesday, March 19, 2025 - Sunday, March 23, 2025. We’re excited for you to join us for a Four Night Wedding Event Spectacular Vacation with events spread out over multiple days. The wedding ceremony itself will take place on Friday, March 21, 2025.

Accommodations

All of our guests will stay at our host hotels, Hotel Playa Fiesta and Costa Sur Resort and Spa (they are a 1-minute cab from each other, around $7 USD). We’ve reserved every room at Playa Fiesta, a boutique hotel in Puerto Vallarta where we’ll host all of the pool parties, theme parties, wedding ceremony, and more (pics below), and add’l rooms at Costa Sur.

Flight Costs

JetBlue roundtrip direct flights from JFK to PV in March 2023 and March 2024 were about $450.

Hotel Costs

All hotel rooms are double-occupancy. For each two-person room, four nights will be $1,418 total (+10% tip and 19% tax). This includes accommodations for two people, open bar for two from Wednesday 12pm to Sunday 12pm (not including wedding reception which is covered by the grooms), breakfast buffets, wedding day lunch, and dinner each night. Bar & restaurant hours are 8a - 11p.

Other Details

• This is a kid-free and dog-free event (even Bubbie won’t be coming)

• If you want to turn this wedding into a longer vacation, we can recommend places to stay in PV or other cities in Mexico to visit before or after the wedding.
